One World Projects features a diverse range of fair trade handcrafted goods, including housewares, fashion accessories, toys, and gifts, from skilled artisans in 25 developing countries across Latin America, Asia, and Africa. With a strong focus on the welfare of their artisans, OWP is driven by their mission to create viable economic opportunities for them and their families, and to expand the reaches of fair trade to include compassionate trade™, addressing the most pressing challenges of today—poverty, substance abuse, women's and children's rights, education, healthcare, climate change, and environmental degradation.
Every item is crafted using sustainable methods and materials, and artisans receive a just and livable wage for their invaluable work. Also considering them to be integral partners, their commitment extends far beyond equitable compensation. They actively collaborate with their artisans providing educational and vocational training, fostering creativity, skill refinement, and co-creation of product designs.
One Worlds Projects is a certified member of the Fair Trade Federation, Green America, and the Aid to Artisan Trade Network. Through their multifaceted approach, they strive to promote a spirit of peace and create sustainable, positive change in the world.
